We recommend cost-effective and innovative solutions to our customers for the maintenance of water and sewerage systems, as well as for the construction of new systems and the reconstruction of existing ones.

Procurement of Works or Services and Contract administration

We offer project management services to the client, including the preparation of tender documents documentation/dossiers, the organization of tenders and procurement process, the evaluation of bids, and the selection of the most favorable bidder, together with the preparation of the contract. Our goal is to ensure the successful implementation of projects and contracts and the effective use of financial and other available resources. We also provide FIDIC engineering and construction supervision services in accordance with international standards, having extensive experience in this field.
